Binding

Valley Web Printing's Muller Martini JCF Series Stitcher/Trimmers have 6 tiltaway signature feeders capable of handling
signatures in a wide range of sizes (from 4 x 6 ¼" to 11 7/8 x 18"). Multiple “Flying” head-stitching units vary
the placement, size, and number of stitches in your publication, so that you get exactly what you need for every binding
project.

For thicker projects (1/4” to 1 ¼”), we use our Sulby 10-Pocket Mini-Binder to take collated materials, shave and glue
the spine, and add a cover to create the “perfect bound” book.

Need something in triplicate? We can make 3-part carbonless forms of any size using our Padding Wagon.

Our cover-feeder unit gives us the capability to add a finished cover to any book or newsletter, adding to the overall
quality and eye appeal of your end product.

Typical finished project sizes range from 4 ½ x ???" to 11 ¾ x 17 ¾".

Folding
Our folders can handle any specialized request for folding, including letter and half fold, Z-folding and double-parallel
folds.
For smaller jobs (minimum folded size 2¼"), we use our Baum TableTop Folder for friction feeding. Requires a minimum sheet size of 3"x5", maximum
sheet size 14"x20".

Inserting
Valley Web can insert multiple section tabloids into any project using our Kansa 4-Pocket Inserter.

Trimming
To assure that your finished project looks as professional as possible, we can trim up to 3 sides using our Lawson 3-Knife
Trimmer.
