Envelope Inserting
Two Pitney Bowes model 8300 Envelope Inserters give us a production capacity of almost 250,000
mail pieces per week, so we can handle even your largest job! With computer controlled features such as double
detection and pocket selection, we can also guarantee that the right inserts are getting in the right envelopes.

Inkjet Addressing
Our VideoJet BX6400 Binary Array Addressing System is designed to print an address directly
on products of any size or shape. Don't like inkjets because the ink runs if it gets wet? The BX6400 uses
Ethanol/Acetone-based inks that dry on contact, even on the UV coated stock. And since our throughput at Valley Web Printing is
up to 50,000 pieces per hour per head, your mailing will get out on time and on budget.

Postage Metering
Studies have shown that metered mail gets opened more often than permit
imprint mail, so consider our postage metering services next time you need to send out a marketing flyer or newsletter.
Pitney Bowes designed the Paragon Mail Processor to meet the demands of high volume mailers like us.
Our two Paragons can meter and seal envelopes at high speeds, while at the same time automatically weighing them for postage
accuracy.

Tabbing (wafer seal)
The Buskro 530 Inline Tabber can apply up to three tabs on each piece while keeping up with the
fastest speeds of today's labelers, all with a minimum of operator involvement. We also keep a large selection of tab styles
and sizes in stock, so that we can be flexible in meeting your design requirements.

List Sorting
We know that the most important factor in the success of any mailing is list sorting,
since it has such a huge impact on postage price and delivery rate. Our presort software, MailManager 2010 (designed
by mailers) will automatically save you time and money on every mailing. Since it is updated bimonthly with the latest
postal address and sorting data, MailManager 2010 will also help ensure that your mail goes to the correct address
every time.

Data Processing
We keep the latest versions of database, spreadsheet, and word processor programs to guarantee
we can handle most data formats. In addition, we use powerful database tools to keep your address data
